My Order is returned without delivery attempt

We're sorry to hear about this! Typically, our courier partner attempts delivery up to three times before marking the package for return. 

Delivery Updates: Please check your email or WhatsApp for communications regarding delivery. You can also track the status of your order by selecting "Your Orders" under your profile. 

Refunds: If your order is marked as 'Returned' by the courier and is prepaid, we will initiate your refund to the original payment method once the returned product is received. Refunds are usually credited within 5-7 working days from the processing date, excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and national holidays.
